这也是大中华区学习中心正式成立以来欢度的第三届“教师日”,三载积淀,大中华区学习中心为员工搭建提供日臻完善的三支柱培训矩阵:产品培训、职能培训和通用技能培训,同时持续研发新内容、发掘新面孔、开拓新形式,为有力支持员工专业发展、丰富多元学习文化用“心”做、用“新”说。

As autumn deepens and September begins, dozens of internal trainers and volunteer instructors from CEVA Greater China gathered both in person and online, under the organization of the Greater China Learning Center, to celebrate Teacher’s Day 2024.
This marks the third Teacher’s Day celebration since the official establishment of Greater China Learning Center. Over the past three years, it has refined its three-pillar training matrix—product, functional, and general skills training—while developing new content, discovering talent, and innovating formats. With dedication and fresh ideas, it continues to support employee development and enrich the learning culture.

The training course, "Procurement in the Logistics Industry—An Overview of CEVA Greater China's Procurement Policies and Processes," was recognized for its award-worthy delivery. Building on previous functional training, it was updated with content that closely aligns with the company’s strategic growth and evolving talent needs. The course vividly presented supply chain management and procurement policies in the logistics industry and featured well-designed interactive elements, such as quizzes and rewards, to encourage the audience to maintain active thinking in an engaging atmosphere, leaving everyone with a lingering sense of "not wanting it to end" by the conclusion of the session.

CEVA greatly supports employees’ personal growth and social responsibility. Through a series of courses at the Academy, I not only deepened my understanding of my core responsibilities but also learned tools that improve work efficiency. I also gained effective methods and clear directions for leadership. Additionally, the wide range of e-learning resources helps us understand other functions within the company, giving us a better grasp of the group’s overall operations. Moving forward, I plan to continue learning and growing through the Learning Center.
C-BOX offers an interactive training program centered around themes like "Change," "Diversity," "Sustainability," and "Efficiency," fostering communication between employees and teams through a structured framework and diverse topics. It enhances collaboration and workplace soft skills.
