胆固醇是个双胞胎,就像电影《哪吒》中的魔丸和灵珠一样,有一个好的也有一个坏的。
好胆固醇是HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇),它有助于把胆固醇运送到肝脏,在肝脏中分解最终排出体外。
坏胆固醇是LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇),当它在血管壁上累积到一定数量时就会堵塞血管,变成一个“沉默的杀手”。让我们生病的其实是血液中的“坏胆固醇”。
怎么减少“坏胆固醇”
不吃肉就能减少坏胆固醇?Nonono,其实75%的胆固醇是身体合成的,只有25%来源于食物。所以,吃不吃肉,对体内坏胆固醇的数量并没有明显的影响。
我们可以通过运动和平衡膳食来减少坏胆固醇的摄入。只要合理饮食、减少饱和脂肪酸的摄入,“高胆固醇”就很难逮到我们!
