 AISL Harrow's fourth school in the Greater Bay Area,

Harrow Hong Kong Children School 

Shenzhen Qianhai,

has officially opened its door 

on 4 September!

The new school caters to the children

of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, 

and expatriates aged 2 to 18, 

with a mission to foster future leaders in the Greater Bay Area by capturing the essence of Hong Kong education 

and harnessing technological innovation.

The school offers the Hong Kong curriculum 

and DSE/IB pathways, empowering students 

to grow holistically and enter top universities

in the world.

Let's set foot on this brand new campus

and catch its first-day highlights!

On its first day, Dr John Tan, 

the Founding School Head, along with the faculty

met and greeted each person at the entrance,

welcoming nearly 300 new students 

into the AISL Harrow family.

At the morning assembly, 

Dr Tan gave an inspiring speech,

motivating students to excel in academics and character, and become globalised talents in the region.

He also taught all attendees to sing the school song, conjuring Harrow's 450 years of heritage

and the honour of being its outstanding alumni.

Later, teachers and students began their first class in the new school, embarking on their exciting journey 

with AISL Harrow.

To make students and parents feel at home

and enable them to adapt to 

the new semester seamlessly,

the school organised an 'Orientation Day' 

and ‘Boarding Registration Day'.

Amid constant laughter, 

students broke the ice in no time

and started their new school year on a joyous note.

The Orientation Day on 26 August 

sent the new campus abuzz with excitement!

Hundreds of students and parents 

got together with the faculty,

journeying into the Harrovian culture 

and exploring key features of the school.

Through interactive sessions,

families were introduced to the Harrow values, 

the school’s features, first-rate resources 

in bi-literate and bilingual education 

(Cantonese, Mandarin, and English)

and in STEAM innovation.
