In May, when everything grows, the parents' experience of camp activities at Victoria came as promised. The activities for this camp session were mainly in the form of mindfulness experiences, answering parents' questions one by one through different forms of mindfulness. Children were also invited to join in the parent-child mindfulness experience to start the journey of mindful nourishment together!

作为维园IB+课程体系中最新融合的斯坦福大学的正念项目,维园的正念活动通过身体的正念、念头的正念、情绪的正念和人际的正念实施教学计划,旨在全面培养幼儿的正念技巧和能力。
Stanford University's Mindfulness Program is the latest addition to the IB+ Curriculum at Victoria Kindergarten. Mindfulness activities at Victoria are implemented through a comprehensive teaching plan focusing on mindfulness of the body, thought, emotion, and interpersonal mindfulness. The goal is to nurture children's mindfulness skills and abilities holistically.
