2024年02月，SRC街景设计奖获奖名单正式公布，宝安创业路商务大道策划及城市设计国际咨询项目从98份来自世界各地的优秀入围作品中脱颖而出，荣获街景研究类的最高奖项——杰出奖（Outstanding Award）
In February 2024, the Shenzhen Bao’an Chuangye Road Business Boulevard Planning and Urban Design International Consultation project stood out among 98 outstanding entries from around the world, winning the highest award in its category—the Outstanding Award.
2023年11月，在深圳市第20届优秀城市规划设计奖（2023年度）评选活动中，经过由46名具有丰富经验、高水平的各领域专家组成的专业评审会评定，宝安创业路商务大道策划及城市设计国际咨询项目荣获二等奖佳绩。
In November 2023, at the 20th Shenzhen Excellent Urban Planning and Design Award (2023 Edition) selection event, the Bao’an Chuangye Road Business Boulevard Planning and Urban Design International Consultation project was awarded the second prize after being evaluated by a professional jury composed of 46 experienced and highly skilled experts from various fields.

2020年2月，MLA+开启了观音堂项目以方案为主导到施工图配合的全过程服务。项目内拥有超过4000个居住单元，面积从20㎡到32㎡不等，可以满足从单身住户到年轻家庭的空间需求。设计强调运动与艺术的融合，丰富社区文体生活。打造社区活力，激励租客的强烈参与感与持久性。
In February 2020, MLA+ initiated the Guanyintang Project, offering a comprehensive service from scheme leadership to construction drawing coordination. The project features over 4,000 residential units, ranging in size from 20㎡ to 32㎡, catering to the spatial needs of single residents to young families. The design emphasizes the integration of sports and art, enriching the cultural and sports life of the community. It aims to create a vibrant community and inspire a strong sense of participation and sustainability among tenants.

目前03及08地块处于地下基础建设阶段，02地块地下室部分已完成，三栋主楼均在建设中。其中1号楼已结构封顶 ，2号楼建设至7层，3号楼建设至12层。
Currently, Lots 03 and 08 are in the underground infrastructure construction phase, while the basement of Lot 02 has been completed. The main structures of three towers are under construction. Tower 1 has reached its structural topping out, Tower 2 is under construction up to the 7th floor, and Tower 3 is being built up to the 12th floor.

东晋遗址博物馆拟建于深圳市南山区南头古城南侧空地，依托南头古城历史文化资源，保护和开发自东晋咸和六年（公元331年）起源的深圳历史文化遗产，提升南头古城在南粤古驿道的历史价值。
The Eastern Jin Dynasty Relics Museum is proposed to be built on the vacant land on the south side of the Nantou Ancient City in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Leveraging the historical and cultural resources of Nantou Ancient City, it aims to protect and develop the historical and cultural heritage of Shenzhen since its origin in the 6th year of the Xianhe era of the Eastern Jin Dynasty (331 AD), thereby enhancing the historical value of Nantou Ancient City in the ancient postal road of Guangdong.

2024年3月1日，召开了茅洲河干流碧道（松岗段）（可研、设计一体化）资格预审会。MLA+联合体从15个投标申请人，44家公司中通过遴选，成功入围。
On March 1, 2024, the qualification preview meeting for the Maozhou River Trunk Greenway (Songgang Section) (integrated research and design) was held. MLA+ team was successfully shortlisted from among 15 bidding applicants and 44 companies through the selection process.

茅洲河位于深圳市西北部，属珠江口水系，是深圳第一大河、深莞界河、深圳西部滨水门户。全河长41.61km，流域面积388.23km2，其中深圳市境内面积310.85km2，多年平均径流深860mm。茅洲河碧道建设项目分成光明段和宝安段，分别为光明段（石岩水库溢洪口——周家大道）6.7km，宝安段（塘下涌——茅洲河河口）11.7km，全长约18.4km。
The Maozhou River is located in the northwest of Shenzhen, belonging to the Pearl River Estuary system. It is Shenzhen’s largest river, the boundary river between Shenzhen and Dongguan, and the western waterfront gateway of Shenzhen. The total length of the river is 41.61 km, with a drainage area of 388.23 km², of which 310.85 km² is within Shenzhen city, and the multi-year average runoff depth is 860mm. The Maozhou River Greenway construction project is divided into the Guangming Section and the Bao’an Section, with the Guangming Section (from the overflow outlet of Shiyan Reservoir to Zhoujia Avenue) being 6.7 km, and the Bao’an Section (from Tangxia Yong to the Maozhou River estuary) being 11.7 km, totaling approximately 18.4 km in length.

On the afternoon of March 27 2024, Nicola SALADINO ＆ Chen Chen led the MLA+ team on a visit to the reMIX 10 year exhibition. Nicola began with the early experiences of reMIX’s founding and sequentially introduced the design concepts, personal journeys, and some lesser-known behind-the-scenes stories of the projects through ten chapters, giving everyone a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the reMIX studio.

On the evening of March 30, 2024, the ten-year exhibition of reMIX临界 Studio came to a successful conclusion. Huang Ke Xin, Planning Director of MLA+ China, shared the fascinating stories of the POOL+ series projects at the “Pechakucha.” The event, held in the public space of the OCT Community, featured a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, attracting a large audience for interaction, exchange, and listening.

3月20日，由中国美术学院、生态环境部环境规划院（美丽中国建设研究院）主办的“大地之歌·2024美丽中国纪事”展览在中华世纪坛（北京）开幕。MLA+联合体项目丁栅水乡SOHO智慧粮仓入选100个美丽中国实践案例。
On March 20th, the “Song of the Earth: Chronicles of Beautiful China 2024” exhibition, hosted by the China Academy of Art and the Environmental Planning Institute of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (Institute for the Construction of Beautiful China), opened at the China Millennium Monument in Beijing. The MLA+ consortium project, Dingzha Water Town SOHO Smart Granary, was selected as one of the 100 practice cases of Beautiful China.

丁栅镇位于长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区先行启动区，区位优势非常明显，但随着撤乡并镇的城市化问题，丁栅老集镇逐渐变得落寞，成为被城市“吞并”的新城边缘。
Dingzha Town is located in the pilot area of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integration Development Demonstration Zone, boasting a significant geographical advantage. However, due to the urbanization issues following the dissolution of townships and their incorporation into larger towns, the old town of Dingzha has gradually become desolate and has turned into the边缘 of a new city “absorbed” by urban expansion.

我们以“丁栅创环”为概念基础，结合场地原有的七处重点记忆空间，同时提炼原有街区肌理，借由场地本身保留的粮仓建筑群，在整体游览大环线下植入了创造性的功能和空间，保留原始时间的印记，也加入现代的时间切片，新旧共存，让丁栅老集镇的空间再度激活，成为旧区更新、文创复兴的新范式。
Based on the concept of “Dingzha Innovation Ring,” we have integrated the site’s original seven key memory spaces, while also refining the texture of the old block. Utilizing the site’s preserved granary building complex, we have implanted creative functions and spaces within the overall touring loop. This approach preserves the imprint of原始时间 while incorporating modern time slices, allowing the old and new to coexist. By doing so, we reactivate the space of the old Dingzha town, transforming it into a new paradigm for the renewal of old districts and the revitalization of cultural and creative industries.
