2023年7月，同济与MLA+联合体在近百家单位中脱颖而出，进入四川泸沽湖项目的正式竞赛环节，经过三个月的深入研究与设计工作，最终取得第二名的成绩。这是MLA+针对中国西南乡旅融合发展的又一次深入探讨，也是我们将丰富的城市设计经验与文旅策划、乡村规划有机融合的一次尝试。
In July 2023, TJAD＆MLA+ stood out among nearly a hundred entities, entering the formal competition phase for the Lugu Lake project in Sichuan. After three months of in-depth research and design work, it ultimately achieved second place. This marks another in-depth exploration by MLA+ into the integrated development of rural tourism in Southwest China and an attempt to organically integrate rich urban design experience with cultural tourism planning and rural planning.
四维迭代，让乡旅共荣，永续发展
Four Dimensional Development
泸沽湖景区位置偏远，当地文化自成一体，因而我们将本地村庄发展与原乡经济繁荣作为第一目标，并提出“泸沽原宇”的核心规划理念，构建四维迭代的乡旅发展路径，从如今山湖的精心谋划与文化的挖掘转译，随后带动起泸沽湖原乡社区的繁荣与可续旅游业的发展，到未来实现湖区内外的共建共荣，本地经济与文旅产业的彼此支持、协同增益，让子孙后代长远地受益于今天的谋划。
Lugu Lake scenic area is remote and the local culture is self-contained, so we take the development of local villages and the economic prosperity of the original countryside as the first goal, and put forward the core planning concept of "Lugu Yuanyu", build a four-dimensional iterative rural tourism development path, from the careful planning of mountains and lakes and the excavation and translation of culture, and then drive the prosperity of Lugu Lake original rural communities and the development of sustainable tourism, to the future realization of co-construction and common prosperity inside and outside the lake area, the mutual support and synergy gain of the local economy and the cultural tourism industry. Let future generations benefit from today's plans in the long run.
我们不希望“乡旅共荣”、“永续发展”停留在口号阶段。基于本地发展需求与适度发展边界，我们提出泸沽湖的理想发展模式，探讨在不超越自然承载力阈值的前提下，如何实现在空间利用、旅游发展、本地社区、基础设施、自然资源、在地文化、农业发展与经济合作等八个方面的积极发展。借此，方案中63个项目将规划于服务本地社区发展，并提出居民发展手册与社区公约，让泸沽湖本地人更好地参与未来的发展建设，借由旅游投资获得自我迭代与进化的机会。
We do not want "common prosperity" and "sustainable development" to remain at the slogan stage. Based on the local development needs and moderate development boundaries, we put forward the ideal development model of Lugu Lake, and explored how to achieve positive development in eight aspects, including space utilization, tourism development, local communities, infrastructure, natural resources, local culture, agricultural development and economic cooperation without exceeding the threshold of natural carrying capacity. In this way, 63 projects in the plan will be planned to serve the development of local communities, and a resident development manual and community convention will be proposed, so that Lugu Lake locals can better participate in future development and construction, and gain opportunities for self-iteration and evolution through tourism investment.

巧接泸沽内外，共绘新老十景。在老十景的基础上,叠加泸沽新十景,以“泸沽十驿”提供多维度支持。完善内、外环线及水上、空中线路,拓展“品山、穿云、溯溪、漫田、悦活、观湖”六大主题游览,以全空间漫游叠加“摩梭十二月节”,共同绘就泸沽湖山居画卷。
Linking the inside and outside of Lugu, painting the old and the new ten views together. On the basis of the old Ten Views, we add the new Ten Views of Lugu.We provide multi-dimensional support with "Lugu Ten Stations". Completing the inner and outer ring roads and water and air routes. Expanding six thematic tours:"mountain hiking, walking through the clouds, tracing the stream, roaming the fields, enjoying life, and watching the lake". Overlaying the "Mosuo 12 Months Festival" with full-space traveling, painting a picture scroll of Lugu Lake together.

让居民、游客与政府三方携手共建泸沽原宇。政府手册是建设世界级旅游目的地的行动指南；居民手册是本地人的生活、生产与创业指引；旅游手册则是面向游客的旅游指南。

山湖因情感的注入而成为我们心中的文化地图。方案希望通过四个重要片区设计的不同主题，将人带入四种不同的感情，重新建立起人和自然、原乡、文化以及土地的联系。将情感赋予山水，让泸沽湖拥有了超脱自然风景的内涵。它带给我们的不是单纯的视觉奇观，而是精神养分，是一个让你我心动的地方，一个让生命更完整的地方。
Mountains and lakes have become a cultural map in our hearts because of the infusion of emotions. Through the different themes of the design of four important areas, the project hopes to bring people into four different emotions, and re-establish the connection between people and nature, hometown, culture and land. Giving emotions to the landscape gives Lugu Lake a connotation beyond natural scenery. It brings us not a simple visual spectacle, but spiritual nourishment, a place that excites you and me, a place that makes life more complete.
木垮——慕羡山湖，入梦之旅
MUKUA
走入摩梭社会，感受遗落技艺。找回人与人最诚挚的联系。
Enter the Mosuo society, feel the lost skills. Find the most sincere connection between people.
木垮是摩梭人的木垮，是他们未来发展的主要空间。小镇将是摩梭人日常使用与居住的地方，它的活力与繁荣来自于当地社区，而不是一个人造的旅游小镇。
The wooden collapse is the wooden collapse of the Mosuo people, which is the main space for their future development. The town will be the place where the Mosuo people use and live on a daily basis, and its vitality and prosperity will come from the local community, not a man-made tourist town.
对于木垮的功能构思，方案的思路是“先建一个本地人日常使用的小镇，游客自然而然会来这个 小镇”。基于此思路形成七大功能分区，最东侧（紫色区块）以本地新经济发展为主，北侧山湖公社与村落深度融合，是数字游民社区。最西侧为自然艺术与原乡文化度假极，中部则为复合服务功能。
For the functional concept of Mukai, the idea of the plan is "first build a town that locals use every day, and tourists will naturally come to this town". Based on this idea, seven functional zones are formed, the easternmost side (purple block) is mainly based on local new economic development, and the north side is deeply integrated with the village commune, which is a digital nomad community. The westernmost side is the pole of natural art and native culture resort, and the central part is a composite service function.
多舍——多彩原乡，寻梦之旅
Duoshe
在多舍，乡路漫步，村居听雨，述说你我朴素的原乡眷念。提炼摩梭传统手工艺、民俗与风情舞蹈,化作五彩五艺,以“景、筑、工、禅、演”点亮原乡。沿水系向南,七星连珠,穿越草海,汇聚在浮舟剧场畔。沉浸秀场中,光影演绎与现实交错,让浓情之乡化身舟草仙境。
In Doshe, strolling on the country roads, listening to the rain in the village, telling you and my simple hometown remembrance. Refine Mosuo's traditional handicrafts, folk customs and customs dances, transform them into colorful and five-colored arts, and illuminate the original hometown with "scenery, construction, work, Zen and performance". Along the water system to the south, the seven stars are connected with pearls, crossing the sea of grass and gathering on the shore of the floating boat theater. In the immersive show, the interpretation of light and shadow is intertwined with reality, allowing the land of intense love to become a wonderland of boats and grasses.

Against the backdrop of the domestic cultural tourism industry's development, we can draw inspiration from this comprehensive planning and unique concept to explore more in-depth and broad development paths. This model reminds us that in the development of cultural tourism, it is essential to pay attention to protecting the rights and interests of local culture, traditional industries, and communities. By establishing resident development handbooks and community covenants, residents can actively participate in and benefit from tourism development, fostering a situation of co-construction and sharing.
