2025年6月，时值联合国成立80周年之际，上海中学国际部积极响应上海交通大学全球胜任力青年训练营的号召，组织十一年级五名学生参与此次活动。该训练营旨在为全国优秀学子提供交流平台，通过系统培训提升学生的全球胜任力，为其未来大学深造乃至职业发展奠定坚实基础。
In June 2025, the 80th anniversary of the United Nations, five 11th grade SHSID students participates in the Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s International Competence Youth camp, which aims to provide a communication platform for outstanding students nationwide and enhance their international competence through systematic trainings, preparing them for future university studies and career development.
开幕式
6月28日上午，尽管烈日当空，上中国际学子的热情丝毫未减。开幕式在激昂的音乐声中拉开帷幕。上海交通大学党委副书记赵昕首先致欢迎辞，随后多位国际组织资深专家相继发表主旨演讲。一位位资深专家结合各自背景与经历的报告不仅让学生们深入了解了国际组织的核心能力要求，更激发了他们作为未来全球公民的责任感。
On the morning of June 28th, despite the heat, the enthusiasm of SHSID students remained high. The opening ceremony started amidst stirring music. After Zhao Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, delivered a welcoming address, several experts from international organizations were invited to give insightful lectures. This event not only provided students with an in-depth understanding of the core values required by the international organizations but also inspired their shared responsibility as global citizens.
墙报交流
开幕式后，学生们参与了主题墙报展示交流。上中国际学子精心完成了以联合国可持续发展目标为主题的墙报创作。在展示现场，各个海报都展示着来自全国各地不同学生对于可持续发展目标的不同见解，学生们通过互相观摩学习，收获颇丰。
Following the opening ceremony, students participated in the poster exhibition session. SHSID students dedicated themselves to creating posters centered around the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. All the posters showcased diverse perspectives from students across China regarding the SDGs. By learning from each other’s work, students gained valuable insights.
国际组织生涯发展工作坊
下午，训练营开展了国际组织生涯发展工作坊。学生们参与不同的课程，如国际传播与沟通，AI素养与应用等等。通过聆听专家讲话、小组合作与实战演练，学生们得以锻炼沟通和思考的能力，帮助他们在国际学习或工作环境中，可以快速地适应并高效地完成任务。
In the afternoon, the camp held a series of career development workshops. Students attended various sessions, such as International Communication, AI Literacy and Application, etc. Through lectures, collaboration, and practices, students enhanced their communication and critical thinking skills, equipping them to adapt quickly and work efficiently in international academies or a working environment.
国际组织人才培养与招募
工作坊结束后，联合国开发计划署、国际劳工组织、世界经济论坛、世界自然基金会等七个国际组织的代表详细介绍了组织使命和人才需求。世界自然基金会的代表介绍了几十年来世界自然基金会在保护环境方面做出的努力。各组织代表的精彩分享为学子们打开了全新的职业视野。
After the workshops, representatives from several major international organizations delivered their speeches. Seven influential organizations—including the United Nations Development Programme, International Labor Organization, World Economic Forum, and World Wide Fund for Nature—introduced their missions and talent needs in detail. The inspiring speeches sparked aspirations for their future engagement in international careers.
汇报交流
6月29日上午，上中国际的学生们准时到达上海交通大学，开启了训练营的第二天。学生们首先分组对先前提交的演示文稿进行英文演讲。这不仅是一个面向评委的展示，更是一个跨校交流的平台。通过分享自己的想法和聆听他人的观点，学生们得以拓宽自己的知识面，并加强对世界发展的了解。
On the morning of June 29, students arrived on time at Shanghai Jiao Tong University for the second day of the camp. They delivered their lectures about SDGs based on a previously submitted PowerPoint in English. This was not only a presentation to the judges but also a platform for the interschool exchange of ideas. By sharing their perspectives and listening to others’ opinions, students expanded their knowledge range and deepened their understanding of global development.
实践教学
当日下午，训练营的学生根据自己的兴趣前往了不同的公司参访，包括特斯拉和蔚来汽车等。通过近距离观察行业前沿技术和企业管理模式，同学们对相关领域的发展现状和未来趋势有了直观认识。
In the afternoon, students visited companies based on their preferences, including Tesla and NIO Automobile. Through close observation of cutting-edge industry technologies and the introduction of management systems, students gained an understanding of the current industries and their future trends.
结营仪式
傍晚的结营仪式上，主办方颁发了优秀营员、优秀墙报、最佳墙报、和杰出营员奖，表彰学生们在两天内的认真学习与积极参与。通过训练营的学习，学生们都对如何成为一个国际化人才有了更具体的认识，也立下了在世界舞台上发出自己声音的志向。
At the closing ceremony in the evening, the organizers presented awards such as Outstanding Camper, Excellent Poster, Best Poster, and Distinguished Camper to celebrate students’ diligence and active participation over the two days. Through this camp, students developed an initial understanding of what it takes to become internationally competent. Working further in their academic studies, students will continue to cultivate global perspectives and hone personal abilities to make their voices heard on the world stage.
