外籍教师总结会
Foreign Teachers' Summary Meeting
2025年6月25日，初小英语组分别召开了本学期总结会。会议围绕本学期英语组开展的各类学科活动、课堂教学情况及MAP测试成绩等内容进行了全面回顾。老师们结合自身教学实际，积极交流经验与做法，认真分析教学中的得与失，就如何提升课堂效率、优化教学策略、关注学生差异化发展等方面提出了许多切实可行的建议。会议最后，胡波老师进行了总结发言，对本学期初小英语组的努力和成绩给予了肯定，并对新学年的工作方向提出了建议，会议在务实而积极的氛围中圆满结束。
史地教研组总结会由李寓诺老师组织，会议回顾了本学期取得的丰硕成果，并规划下一学年的发展方向，如扩展阅读计划，精炼学期中的课题，加强历史研究与写作训练；进一步优化初高中课程衔接，推动非正式的跨年级听课活动等。
2025年6月27日上午，全体外教期末总结大会在先棉堂附楼礼堂举行。此次大会由外教办陆学聃老师主持。会议期间，小学、初中、高中的外籍教师代表分别围绕学科活动、社团活动等方面展开总结发言。陆老师向全体外籍教师一学期的辛勤付出致以诚挚谢意，并为即将离校的外教们送上美好祝福；同时传达学校关于暑期安全出行注意事项的通知。
期末总结大会展现了各个教研组及中外教团体之间的凝聚力与创新精神。一学期耕耘落幕，新篇章蓄势待发！

On June 25, 2025, the Primary and Middle School English Department held its end-of-semester review meeting. The meeting offered a thorough overview of the subject-related activities during the semester, classroom teaching practices, and MAP test results. Teachers actively shared their experiences and teaching methods, using their own practices to thoughtfully analyze both strengths and areas for improvement in their instruction. They also provided many practical suggestions for improving classroom efficiency, refining teaching strategies, and customizing instruction to meet students’ individual learning needs. At the end of the meeting, Ms. Hu Bo delivered a closing speech, recognizing the team’s hard work and achievements over the semester and offering guidance for the upcoming school year. The meeting wrapped up successfully in a practical and positive atmosphere.
The History and Geography Department’s summary meeting, led by Ms. Li Yuno, reviewed the rich achievements of the past semester and outlined plans for the upcoming academic year. These include expanding the extensive reading program, refining mid-semester projects, strengthening historical research and writing skills, further improving curriculum articulation between junior and senior high school, and promoting informal cross-grade classroom observation initiatives.
On the morning of June 27, 2025, the final summary meeting for all international faculty was held at the Xianmian Annex Auditorium. Hosted by Mr. Lu Xuedan from the Foreign Teachers’ Affairs Office, the meeting featured summary speeches by representatives from the primary, middle, and high school international teaching teams, each reflecting on the many subject-based and extracurricular activities that were held throughout the semester. Mr. Lu expressed heartfelt thanks to all foreign teachers for their dedication throughout the semester and extended best wishes to those departing. He also delivered a reminder regarding summer travel safety.
The meetings highlighted the cohesion and innovative spirit within each teaching department, as well as the quality of collaboration between Chinese and international staff. As this semester concludes, a new chapter is ready to begin.
